Winter Advocacy

The Winter Conference sessions will highlight Advocacy in addition to lobbying and contract enforcement issues. We will also offer the Grievance Academy and the California Leadership Academy (CLA) this year. Beginning with our 2024 Winter Conference, we are adding a CCA Winter Council.  Going forward, all three CCA Conferences will include a Council Session.
