CTA believes reproductive freedom and access to basic healthcare are fundamental human rights. The United States Supreme Court stripped women of those constitutional rights and control over personal and private decisions, and handed that power to state lawmakers instead. The California Legislature will put the question on the ballot this November as Proposition 1.
